Let us create your architectural masterpiece. ## What it includes - Expertly crafted high-end homes - Meticulous attention to detail - Exceptional craftsmanship - Timely project delivery - The Visualize, Design and Build process from first idea to finished home 01 ## What does a luxury build in Tampa Bay have to plan for? More than finishes. A new home here has to meet the [Florida Building Code](https://build813.multisites.ai/glossary/florida-building-code) for wind, and many South Tampa lots sit in a FEMA flood zone where the lowest floor must clear the [base flood elevation](https://build813.multisites.ai/glossary/base-flood-elevation). Our guides to [building in a flood zone](https://build813.multisites.ai/build-in-a-flood-zone-tampa) and [hurricane-resistant construction](https://build813.multisites.ai/hurricane-resistant-construction-tampa) explain both with official sources. 02 ## How does Halo approach the design? Halo's published process starts with Visualize: "We carefully select prime locations and envision exceptional designs that harmonize with the surrounding environment." Then Design, where "our expert team of architects and designers meticulously craft each home's layout and finishes", and Build. Read how [design-build](https://build813.multisites.ai/design-build-process) works. 03 ## What does a luxury home cost to build? Halo Homes does not publish prices. Published national and regional averages, and the things that move the number on a Tampa lot, are in our guide to [what it costs to build a custom home in Tampa](https://build813.multisites.ai/cost-to-build-custom-home-tampa).
